PS5 Release Window Unveiled at Botany Manor

Botany Manor's PlayStation Debut Finally Set for January 28th

Initially slated for a December 17th, 2024 release, the PlayStation versions of the critically acclaimed puzzler Botany Manor have been delayed, but now have a confirmed launch date: January 28th, 2025. This applies to both PS4 and PS5 consoles.

Developed by Balloon Studios and published by Whitethorn Games, Botany Manor charmed players on Nintendo Switch, Xbox, and PC upon its April 2024 release. The delay, announced shortly before the original December release, was attributed to the developers' commitment to delivering the best possible player experience. While a new release date was promised for 2025, the official January 28th announcement came on January 9th.

Despite the confirmed release date, a PS Store page for Botany Manor remains absent, meaning pre-orders and wishlisting aren't yet possible. The game is expected to retail at $24.99, consistent with its pricing on other platforms. Unlike the Steam version, which offers a separate digital soundtrack, this add-on is unlikely to be available for the PlayStation release.

Enhancing PlayStation's Puzzle Game Lineup

Botany Manor earned widespread praise upon its initial release, boasting a strong "Strong" rating on OpenCritic (83/100, 92% recommendation). Its blend of relaxing gameplay, challenging puzzles, and engaging exploration cemented its reputation as a top-tier puzzler of 2024. Its arrival on PlayStation promises to significantly enrich the platform's already impressive puzzle game library.

With its PlayStation release, Botany Manor will finally be available on all initially targeted platforms. Future projects from Balloon Studios remain unannounced. Joining Botany Manor on the PlayStation Store on January 28th are Cuisineer, Eternal Strands, and The Sone of Madness.
