By reporting these spots within the game, Northern Forge Studios will transform them into Gloomsites—virtual representations of our planet's pollution problem.

Lend A Hand In Reducing Pollution

During Terra’s Legacy, your journey in Orna merges seamlessly with real-world environmental action. As you go about your daily life, the game will guide you to areas suffering from pollution. Once you submit these locations through Orna, they become Gloomsites where you'll encounter the Murk, a formidable enemy embodying the essence of waste and pollution. Defeating the Murk evokes the spirit of iconic environmental warriors like Nausicaä or Princess Mononoke.

By vanquishing the Murk, you're not only playing a game but also contributing to the fight against real-world pollution. You'll have the opportunity to plant trees and cultivate Gaia apples in these once-polluted areas. These apples can be used to enhance your character's appearance and magical prowess. Other players can also harvest these apples, ensuring that the rewards and environmental benefits are shared among the community. The more players join forces, the cleaner the world becomes, both virtually and in reality.
