NetEase Reveals End of Service for Dead by Daylight Mobile
NetEase has officially announced the end of service (EOS) for their horror action game, *Dead by Daylight Mobile*. Yes, the game is heading towards its final curtain call after a thrilling run of 4 years since its worldwide release on Android in April 2020. For those unfamiliar, *Dead by Daylight Mobile* is a gripping 4v1 horror-survival game, adapting Behaviour Interactive's renowned *Dead by Daylight* which first launched on PC back in June 2016. While the mobile version is set to be discontinued, the PC and console versions will continue to thrive.
In *Dead by Daylight Mobile*, players can take on the role of a Killer, tasked with sacrificing Survivors to The Entity, or as a Survivor, fighting to evade the Killer's deadly grasp in a tense game of cat and mouse.
When is the Dead by Daylight Mobile EOS?
The end of service for *Dead by Daylight Mobile* is scheduled for March 20th, 2025. Until January 16th, 2025, the game will remain available for download on app stores, but post that date, new installations will no longer be possible.
If you already have the game installed on your device, you can continue playing until the final shutdown on March 20th, 2025. Regarding refunds, NetEase will handle them in compliance with regional laws, with further details to be announced on January 16th, 2025.
For those who wish to keep the thrill alive, you can transition to the PC or console versions of *Dead by Daylight*. A Welcome Package awaits those who make the switch, and if you've invested time or money in the mobile version, you'll be rewarded with loyalty bonuses upon transferring.
That sums up our coverage on the *Dead by Daylight Mobile* EOS. If you're interested in experiencing the game before the servers go offline, you can check it out on the Google Play Store.
