KEMCO's Alphadia III RPG Hits Global Android Market
Today marks the global launch of *Alphadia III* on Android, bringing the third chapter of the acclaimed series to players worldwide. Developed by EXE CREATE and published by KEMCO, this game originally debuted in Japan last October.
What’s the Story in Alphadia III?
Set in Alphadian Year 970, *Alphadia III* immerses you in the climactic stages of the Energi War, a sweeping conflict centered around the mysterious life force known as energi. The world is split into three major factions: the Schwarzschild Empire in the north, the Nordsheim Kingdom in the west, and the Luminea Alliance in the east, each vying for control.
As the war reaches its breaking point, enter clone soldier Alfonso, whose life takes a dramatic turn following a visit from a girl named Tarte. She brings news of another clone's death, sparking a pivotal shift in Alfonso's journey.
What’s the Gameplay Like?
*Alphadia III* retains the classic turn-based combat with a side-view perspective, all rendered in nostalgic pixel art. The game introduces various systems to enhance your battle strategy, including SP Skills that charge during combat and can turn the tide when deployed at the right moment.
Players can also utilize Arrays, which are tactical formations and strategies that unlock progressively, offering diverse approaches to combat based on the enemies you face. A unique feature, the Energi Crock, allows you to convert surplus items into Energi Elements over time, which can be exchanged for valuable gear and items at shops.
Throughout your adventure, you'll encounter various groups such as the peacekeeping alliance Deval and elite military units like Rosenkreutz from Nordsheim. The game also features different energi clone models, including Nordsheim's Berger Series and Schwarzschild's Delta Series.
In addition to the main storyline, *Alphadia III* offers a wealth of side content, and is optimized for controller use. You can download the game from the Google Play Store for $7.99, with a freemium version also available that includes ads.
