"Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium Global Lacks Cross-Region Play"

Exciting news for fans of tactical RPGs: Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium is set to make its global debut! MICA Team, under Sunborn Network, has been busy sharing updates and answering fan questions in a comprehensive Q&A video, tackling nearly every query players had.

A Bit Complicated with Publishers

When you jump into Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium, your experience might differ slightly based on your server. Depending on your location, you'll be playing on either Darkwinter (a Sunborn subsidiary) or Haoplay servers. While the game content remains the same, cross-server play isn't available. Darkwinter will provide its own PC launcher, whereas Haoplay's version will be accessible through Steam.

The global rollout won’t begin with the same event as the Chinese version of Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium. MICA Team has chosen to skip some events from the Chinese server that require further story development, much like what Azur Lane Global did at its launch. Instead, global players will kick things off with the ‘Sojourners of the Glass Island’ event, diving straight into both parts of the story. There's a chance the skipped events might be added later on.

And for those who adored Groza’s iconic ‘Sangria Succulent’ skin, it's making a comeback! Plus, MICA Team is teasing more classic skins based on player feedback. They've also hinted at potential crossovers with Neural Cloud and Gundam, adding more excitement to the mix.
