Both discounted configurations come equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX CPU, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 GPU, 64GB of DDR5-6400MHz RAM, and a 2TB SSD. The 64GB of RAM is a notable upgrade, as these laptops typically come with 32GB at this price point.

The Area-51 laptop is powered by the Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX, a processor that boasts a maximum turbo frequency of 5.4GHz with 24 cores and a 40MB L2 cache. The RTX 5080 provides a better value than the more expensive RTX 5090, lagging only about 15% behind despite being nearly $1,000 cheaper. The 2025 Alienware Area-51 gaming laptop introduces a magnesium alloy chassis with upgraded cooling systems to efficiently manage the heat from its latest components.
