EA Sports UFC 5 lanzará una actualización el 9 de enero a la 1 p.m. ET para PlayStation 5 y Xbox Series X/S.

Esta actualización (parche 1.18) agregará un luchador invicto Azamat Murzakhanov y corregirá muchos errores. Los suscriptores de Xbox Game Pass Ultimate podrán jugar EA Sports UFC 5 el 14 de enero a través de EA Play.

El estudio EA Vancouver se compromete a mejorar EA Sports UFC 5 y actualizar continuamente el contenido del juego. Cuando EA Sports UFC 5 debutó en octubre de 2023, algunos jugadores expresaron su decepción con la lista de luchadores. Esta actualización trae al juego Azamat Murzakhanov, un luchador invicto de peso semipesado con estadísticas impresionantes: 97 de potencia de golpe, 95 de precisión y 94 de golpe al suelo. Además de este nuevo luchador, también se agregarán tres nuevos personajes suplentes, pero aún no se han anunciado los suplentes específicos para los luchadores.

Además del nuevo luchador y personajes suplentes, esta actualización también incluye algunas correcciones de errores menores y un ajuste del juego. Según las notas completas del parche (disponibles al final del artículo), el parche 1.18 reduce el coste de resistencia de Muscle Augment de x3,125 a 2,5. En términos de corrección de errores, incluye corregir errores de traducción en algunos idiomas, solucionar el problema de visualización de resultados de partidas en el modo "Stand and Smash" de partidas clasificatorias, etc.

Microsoft ha anunciado que EA Sports UFC 5 llegará a Xbox Game Pass el 14 de enero. Si bien Xbox Game Pass Standard Edition incluirá juegos como Highway 96, Lightyear Frontier, My Time in Sandstone y más, EA Sports UFC 5 estará limitado a los suscriptores de Ultimate Edition, ya que estará disponible a través de EA Play Join Xbox Game Pass.
