Please note that due to hardware limitations, not all NFC-equipped smartphones can read the contactless chips embedded in Troika cards.

Electronic tickets are stored directly in the memory of your Troika card. Therefore, you'll need an NFC-enabled and compatible smartphone to successfully write tickets onto your card.

The electronic purse feature allows passengers to choose and record (purchase) a specific amount for their tickets.

Our app supports over 90 ticket types, encompassing all existing options, including MCD (Moscow Central Diameters), MCR (Moscow Central Ring), and tickets for social cards (including students).

To reserve funds safely (we never store your bank card data), enter your payment card details within the app.

Remember to hold your Troika card against the NFC antenna of your device; consult your device's user manual for the exact antenna location.

Funds are only charged from your payment card once the newly purchased ticket has been successfully written to your Troika card.
