You simply touch and hold your finger at the beginning, then release when the needle lands in the green or purple zone. If it stops in purple, your character gains a massive strength boost and lifts weights even faster, accelerating progress. Keep guiding the training sessions and avoid letting the needle stop in the red zone—red signals low stamina or insufficient strength to lift. The purple zones are quite narrow, making up only about 5% of the wheel, but if you time it right, your character gets a powerful boost that lasts a while. This multiplies the usual experience gain by up to five times.

After each level, you’ll see your character become more muscular and defined, gaining visible bulk and strength. The heavier the weights lifted, the faster the muscle growth accelerates.
