By leveraging advanced GPS technology and customizable timers, Hibou empowers you to engage in all your favorite activities worry-free. Whether you're scaling a mountain in your backyard, hitting the slopes for an afternoon ski, or embarking on a global adventure, Hibou is there to support you. Simply activate the activity button in the app, set your timer for up to 24 hours, and enjoy your activity. Once you're safely back, end the timer. If you need more time, just hit the extend button.

In situations where you can't call for help, Hibou steps in. If your timer runs out before you return, it automatically alerts your chosen contacts with your last known location, ensuring help is dispatched promptly.

Hibou also offers a daily automated wellness check, giving your loved ones peace of mind. At scheduled times once or twice a day, you report your status via the app, website, or phone system. Missed reports trigger reminders through app notifications, emails, and phone calls, followed by a grace period. If you still don't report, your circle members are notified, ensuring they can take action if needed.

For immediate assistance, Hibou's help button sends a notification and your GPS location to your contacts instantly. While calling 911 is crucial in emergencies, sometimes alerting your family and friends is the best course of action.
