Dive into the timeless fun of Classic Tri Peaks solitaire, a card game that's as engaging as it is challenging. Known by various names such as Three Peaks, Tri Towers, or Triple Peaks, this solitaire variant uses a standard deck of cards with the goal to clear three peaks made of cards.

At the start, you'll see eighteen cards laid out face-down on the tableau, forming three pyramids, each with three overlapping tiers. These are your peaks. Above these, you'll find ten cards dealt face-up, ready for action.

The rest of the deck, consisting of twenty-four cards, forms the stock. The game kicks off with the top card from the stock being placed in the waste pile. To move a card from the tableau to the waste pile, it must be one rank higher or lower than the current top card of the waste pile, regardless of suit. This allows for sequences like 7-8-9-10-9-10-J-10-9-8 and so on, until you can't continue. As you clear cards, any face-down cards that become uncovered are turned face-up, revealing new opportunities to keep the game going.
