ALIAS FOOTBALL is a fast-paced guessing game where opposing teams race against the clock to identify as many football “names” (players, clubs, and managers) as possible.

Alias Football requires at least two teams of two or more players each. One player from each team acts as the describer, giving clues about the “name” shown on a card without saying it aloud. Their teammates must guess correctly before time expires. Descriptions can include facts, trivia, or hints related to the target. Each correct identification awards one point to the team. The first team to reach the set winning score claims victory.

GAME OPTIONS

Modes

Customize your match by selecting one of two modes in Game Settings:

• Classic

In Classic mode, every card features five “names.” To advance, you must guess all names on the current card before moving forward.

• Arcade

Arcade mode focuses on single-target challenges with one “name” per card. Guess it to proceed or skip it for a one-point penalty.

Score and Time

Set your match parameters in Game Settings:

• Winning Score: The total points needed to win the game.
• Round Duration (Time): How many seconds each round lasts.

Pack Selection

Choose from various themed collections of names, including players, managers, and clubs. By default, you’ll access the Standard Pack featuring well-known football figures. Some packs let you filter for specific categories or toggle between “Easy” and “Hard” difficulty levels.

Teams

Default to two teams or add more competitors. You can also customize each team’s name before kickoff.

Kick-off

Tap “Kick off” to begin. During play, track your current points and remaining time per round. View updated scores after every completed round.
